For centre owners: how Kribble's verification and partner programme work
Want to list my daycare on Kribble? How the partner programme works for Gurgaon centres: the visit, verification, listing, enquiries, fees and parent updates.
To list your daycare or preschool on Kribble, you join its partner programme. The Kribble team visits and checks your centre in person. Once it is listed, you'll be able to take enquiries and admissions, collect fees and send parent updates in one app. You can start through "Partner With Us" or "Schedule a Demo" at kribblecare.com.
Kribble is launching in Gurugram first. This page explains what partnering involves and what it does not.
Who the partner programme is for
Kribble covers childcare for the early years, from a baby's first daycare to primary school. That includes:
- Daycares, full-day and half-day
- Preschools and playschools
- After-school care
- Centres running holiday camps
If you run one of these in Gurgaon, the programme is open to you. Centres in other cities can get in touch now; other cities are planned, with no dates yet.
How it works, step by step
1. Get in touch
Use "Partner With Us" or "Schedule a Demo" on kribblecare.com, or email team@kribblecare.com. A demo is the easiest way to see how the app will work for your centre and ask questions.
2. The verification visit
Every centre listed on Kribble is physically visited and checked by the Kribble team before it appears in the app. There are no exceptions, whatever the size or brand of the centre. The visit covers safety, staff credentials, hygiene, ratios and facilities, and our team photographs the space itself.
It helps to be ready for the kind of things parents ask on visits. Our daycare safety checklist and questions parents ask on a visit are a good guide.
3. Your listing
Once verified, your centre appears in the app. Parents will be able to compare centres on:
- Location, timings and availability
- Approach and facilities
- Real photos and safety details
- Fees and plans, with admission, registration, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual options side by side
Clear, complete fee information helps parents choose with confidence. Our explainer on daycare and preschool fees shows what parents are told to look for.
4. Enquiries and admissions
Parents will be able to enquire and enrol through the app. Plans they will be able to book include:
| Plan | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Preschool admissions | Enrolling for the session |
| Monthly daycare | Regular full-day care |
| Half-day daycare | Mornings or afternoons |
| After-school care | Care after school hours |
| Holiday camps | School breaks |
| One-Day Daycare | Verified childcare booked for a single day |
One-Day Daycare can bring in families who want to try a daycare for a day before they enrol, or who need backup care.
5. Fees, collected in the app
Parents will be able to pay fees securely in the app, with receipts and reminders. That means less time chasing payments and fewer awkward conversations at pickup.
Kribble members will also get discounts on enrolment fees, activity packs and monthly plans at partner centres. Ask about this on your demo.
6. Updates to parents
You'll be able to send photos, updates and notes from teachers to parents in one feed. Our guide to preschool parent communication covers what parents value most in those updates.
What it costs
Pricing for centres is not public yet. The team can walk you through the terms on a demo.
What Kribble won't do
Being clear about this up front saves time on both sides.
- It won't list a centre it hasn't visited. Verification comes first, every time.
- It won't present verification as a licence. Kribble's check is not a government licence and not a guarantee of safety. Parents are still encouraged to visit you in person.
- It won't replace your own marketing. A listing works alongside your Google profile, reviews and referrals. Our guide to getting more preschool admissions covers those.
- It isn't taking bookings yet. Kribble is pre-launch. Parents are joining the waitlist now, and bookings open at launch.
For how parents are told to read the word "verified", see what a verified daycare actually means. It is worth reading so you can answer their questions with confidence.
Before your demo
A little preparation makes the conversation more useful:
- Your full fee sheet, including deposits, extras and refund terms
- Your daily routine and timings, including extended hours
- Current photos of classrooms, outdoor space, nap and meal areas
- Your safety, pickup and sick-child policies in writing
- The ages you take and your current availability
Parents in Gurgaon compare a lot of options. Our guide to daycare in Gurgaon and the checklist parents use to choose a daycare show what they look at.
